ShortList Recruitment are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a market-leading client in Chester.
The role of DevOps Engineer is essential to coordinate the estate of servers and manage the versions of applications held on the servers. In addition, the DevOps Engineer will help shape and innovate the methods used to deploy releases efficiently.
The DevOps Engineer must have:
- Strong knowledge of ITSM best practice
- Experience of automatic deployment techniques
- Use of Microsoft Azure & AWS Cloud
In order to be considered for the DevOps Engineer you should have the following skills and experience:
- AWS to support cloud-based infrastructure
- Experience of AWS technologies with EC2
- Working knowledge of Linux server configuration
- Worked with CI tools
- Source code control systems
The right DevOps Engineer will have a strong interest in cloud-based infrastructure that will be necessary in supporting the entire technology department in providing infrastructure, deployment pipelines and automation tools.
