2nd Line Support Engineer (NAV)
£45,000
Berkshire (Fully Remote)

ShortList Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced NAV 2nd Line Support Engineer to join one of the UK's leading Microsoft Gold Partners. This is a terrific opportunity for a NAV 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an exciting and growing business focused solely on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The key skills/ experience desired for the role are:
  • Experience in IT Support/ 2nd Line support, ideally in a NAV environment or similar.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience in an ERP environment
  • Experience working in a Retail or Financial Services business
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and deliver assignments within agreed timescales

The successful NAV 2nd Line Support Engineer will be very passionate, innovative and customer-centric. The role is paying up to £45,000 and can be offered fully remote.
