This business is looking for a UX Researcher who can work to excellent standards and who pride themselves on delivering world class user experience on their products. The UX Researcher will be working closely with an experienced team to carry out analysis of all user activity for the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct studies to understand user behaviour
- Work closely within the product team to create user friendly, creative interfaces
- Generate insights that fuel new ideas and help improve existing user experience
- Apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Own research workload from scoping, design, moderating, synthesising insights to presenting results
Key skills required:
- Experience working with products in the B2B market
- Strong UX research experience
- Experience with e-commerce websites
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data methods
- Commercially focused approach
- Experience working on high traffic websites
The right UX Researcher will have a lot of knowledge on current trends as you will be working on very high-profile projects.
This role offers a superb opportunity for a talented UX Researcher to work with a highly skilled team and will be responsible for helping make the user experience of products the very best it can be. The salary for the role is up to £45,000 and includes a good benefits package including pension and healthcare.
The role is hybrid and is based in Wrexham, it is commutable from Chester, Ellesmere Port, Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool, North Wales, and Runcorn.
