The Head of Business Analysis will be responsible for a team of Business Analysts and will have strong management and leadership skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the business analysis team
- Build and manage roadmaps for implementing business change
- Lead the BA team in delivering SDLC projects
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Discover opportunities for business, system improvements, and new ideas
Key skills:
- People management experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC projects
- Data modelling and analysis
- Business Analysis or Project Management qualification
The Head of Business Analysis will receive competitive pay, and is based on the Wirral, easily commutable from Liverpool, Chester, Ellesmere Port and North Wales. The role offers 2 days a week WFH.
