ShortList Recruitment have an amazing opportunity for a UX Researcher to join a leading technology business based in Birmingham, but fully remote working is available.
The UX Researcher will play a crucial role in defining and driving the design of clients’ products and services. The successfully candidate will be someone who can work to exacting standards and who prides themselves on delivering world class products. You will working closely with the creative team to craft stunning, user-centric interfaces.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct studies to understand user behaviour
- Work closely within the product team to create user friendly, creative interfaces
- Generate insights that fuel new ideas and help improve existing user experience
- Apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Own research workload from scoping, design, moderating, synthesising insights to presenting results
- Carry out competitor analysis and research
Key skills required:
- Strong UX research experience
- Experience with digital financial products would be a benefit
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data methods
- Commercially focused approach
- Experience in A/B testing
- Experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) Desirable
The right candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience. A knowledge of current trends and standards is key for this as you will be working on very high-profile projects.
The salary for the UX Researcher role is up to £60,000 and includes a good benefits package. The role is based on the outskirts of Birmingham and is commutable from Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Worcester, Bromsgrove, and Redditch. The company are currently fully remote, and the role can be offered remotely long-term with only occasional office visits.
