Start-up CTO (Potential Co-founder Opportunity)

ShortList is proud to be partnered with a rapidly growing tech company looking for a hands-on CTO to drive the execution/strategy for constructing, deploy the product roadmap, &ensure successful delivery of projects & leading the engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
• Technology Strategy and Vision.
• Product Development and Roadmap.
• Technical Leadership.
• Team Management and Development.
• Stakeholder Management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Previous experience as a CTO or a similar leadership role in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in software development, cloud computing, & modern technologies including AI/Blockchain.
• Track record of successfully leading and delivering complicated software projects on time and within budget.
• Understanding in constructing and running high-performing engineering teams.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic mentality, with the capacity to align technology initiatives with business goals.
