ShortList are excited to be partnered with a Media company looking to hire a self-starting Sales Director to assist in the company’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities
• Develop strategies, tactics, and sales presentations.
• Grow relationships with brands and agency teams.
• Prospect for new leads.
• Surpassing monthly goals by translating leads to qualified customers and won deals.
• Grow a pipeline of sales opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Generate plans and tactics for developing business and achieving sales quotas.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking affairs.

Requirements
• Over 5 years sales experience in a client-facing role.
• Previous success within a media sales team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time & workload effectively.
• Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to maintain high outbound sales activity.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dynamic, relationship-builder with a positive attitude and hard working.
• Experience selling DOOH or OOH products.
