ShortList is proud to be partnered with a revolutionary AI company looking for a VP of AI to drive their execution & strategy for constructing and deploying autonomous agents within enterprise systems, shaping the future of their technology.
Responsibilities
• Determine and form user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
• Direct the strategy for building and employing autonomous agents within enterprise systems.
• Collaboratively develop the AI roadmap with the CEO / VP of Engineering.
• Actively participate in IC work and changes with the engineering team.
• Rapidly grow and manage a best-in-class global team.
Qualifications
• Immersed experience deploying complex enterprise systems into production.
• Effective expertise in Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Established ability to lead and manage high-performing global teams.
• Proven ability to contribute to code actively and technical development.
• Dedication to driving efficiency and innovation in AI models and approaches.
