ShortList was founded in 2011 in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. We are well established and have strong connections to businesses in the local area. We're selective and only work with the top 5% of companies in the North West and London.

Headquartered in Chester, our UK team work across Software Development/DevOps, Data Science and Tech Product Delivery. We believe that good recruitment is based on great relationships with clients, being clear on their requirements and then finding exceptional talent to grow the team.
