Sales Executive

A growing medical device company is looking for a
Junior/Associate Sales Executive to be a part of their growth. The Sales Executive is responsible for
driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the company’s medical device
products to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics across the USA. This
role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business
opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance
with industry regulations. The majority
of the role is dealing with inbound leads and working them through a structured
process.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to
achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for
target customers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and
competitive offerings
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to
support product launches and campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and
customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts,
reports, and territory updates
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and
networking events as required
Qualifications for the Sales Executive role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a
related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in
medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex clinical
and technical information
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time
management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
